DISCRETON
In addition to our legal obligations, it is a policy of this Company that we will never use the personal information of our clients or our candidates for any purpose other than that for which it was obtained in the first place.
STORAGE & DISCLOSURE
In accordance with the applicable laws, any person who's personal information, (including so-called "sensitive personal information" in Australia*) is held by us, will be stored as securely as possible for as long as it is deemed necessary and will not be disclosed to anybody else without the express consent of the person to whom that information relates.

Chris Westinghouse Associates operates a specialist, boutique, high level recruitment company, and as such it would be culturally (as well as legally) incongruent with our values to compromise the privacy of our clients or candidates in any way and under any circumstances. Discretion is a key value for us, and the protection of the privacy of our clients and candidates is an integral component of that discretion.
