APPROXIMATE WEDDING/EVENTS PHOTOGRAPHY PRICES (Feb 2010)

These are only indicative prices and do not constitute a quote. Each wedding is different. I will provide you with a comprehensive quotation after we have met to discuss your needs. The information below is provided simply to give you a rough idea of the likely costs. Please note that I do not offer videography services. Please read the information in the last paragraph about EXTRAS.     Make an initial inquiry.


PACKAGE ONE $500.00
  1. Up to 2 hours of coverage at a single venue (usually the ceremony venue).
  2. Approximately 100 colour prints at 6X4 size OR up to 150 high resolution digital images on disk.
  3. If you want high resolution digital files PLUS prints, the package price is $750.00.
 
PACKAGE TWO $750.00
  1. Up to 2 hours of coverage at a single venue (usually the ceremony venue).
  2. Approximately 150 colour prints at 6X4 size, OR up to 200 high resolution digital images on disk.
  3. If you want prints PLUS high resolution digital files in addition to the above, the package becomes $1120.00.
  4. Internet-optimised digital prints on disk, suitable for online use / email.
  5. Your photographs displayed in a personalised gallery on the photographer’s website for approximately 60 days.
 
PACKAGE THREE $1,600.00
  1. Up to a total of 4 hours of coverage at 2 venues (usually the ceremony venue plus a location for posed photographing of the bridal and groom, family etc).
  2. Approximately 250 colour prints at 6X4 size OR up to 300 high resolution digital images on disk.
  3. Four A4 size colour or Black and White prints.
  4. Internet-optimised digital prints on disk, suitable for online use / email.
  5. Your photographs displayed in a personalised gallery on the photographer’s website for approximately 60 days.
  6. If you want prints PLUS high resolution digital images in addition to the above, the package becomes $1900.00.
 
PACKAGE FOUR $3,000.00
  1. Up to 5 hours of coverage at 3 venues (usually the ceremony venue plus a location for posed photographing of the bridal and groom, family etc., plus the reception).
  2. Approximately 300 colour prints at 6X4 size OR up to 400 high resolution digital images on disk.
  3. Ten A4 size colour or Black and White prints.
  4. Internet-optimised digital prints on disk, suitable for online use / email.
  5. Your photographs displayed in a personalised gallery on the photographer’s website for approximately 60 days.
  6. If you want prints PLUS high resolution digital files in addition to the above, the package becomes $3600.00.
 
EXTRAS WHICH CAN BE ADDED TO ANY OF THE WEDDING PACKAGES
  1. A3+ Black and White Enlargements on Epson Professional Velvet Fine Art Paper at $210 each.
  2. A4 Colour or Black and White enlargements on photographic paper at $65 each.
  3. A photo book produced through Blurb Books, in hardcover or softcover. Prices start at $300. Ask to see online or hard copy samples.
  4. A $200 fee will be charged for every extra hour of attendance by the photographer at any event or wedding.
  5. Duplicate disks containing images as described in the packages : $50
  6. Creation of Black and White versions of the digital images described in the packages : $250.00 (these Black and White ‘copies’ will usually be included on the main disk, but may be supplied on a separate disk if you wish, and will attract the $50 fee referred to in 5. above).
 

    Note about digital images:
    Digital images are provided in 2 standards:
  1. internet-optimised digital images are smaller, lower resolution image files (JPG) that are suitable for use on websites and for email etc.,
  2. high resolution digital images are high quality, large size images files (JPG) that are suitable for archiving and printing.
    Note about retouching:
    Basic retouching is performed on all images and is included in the price. However, if substantial retouching is ordered this may result in additional cost.
